What sets this address apart is the farm itself. Fruit, vegetables, and poultry are grown and raised here, and guests can buy the day’s harvest. In the evening, you cook on the terrace with garden tomatoes and a rosé from Gaillac. Children, meanwhile, have free rein — literally.
The 10-by-4-metre pool, open from June to September, offers unobstructed views over the Cordes countryside. The hilltop village is ten minutes away by car; Albi thirty. Wi-Fi works in the common areas, not always inside the cottage — which is less a flaw than a feature.
