The Abbey museum offers the youngest their first encounter with clay. From 2.30 to 4 pm, children aged 4 to 6, with an adult, try out several pottery techniques — slab, imprint, cutting, modelling, assembly — and leave with a decorated candle holder, on a vine-inspired theme that nods to the Gaillac country.
The workshop lasts an hour and a half, costs 6 € per child (the accompanying adult is free) and must be booked in advance, as places are limited. A lovely way to push open, as a family, the door of the Abbey museum.
