Casa Glèsia is a 60 m² apartment in the heart of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, one of the best-preserved bastides in the Tarn. The entrance is private, on Place de l’Église — push the door and you are home, with the bastide as your garden.
The interior is refined without being showy: carefully chosen furniture, a mix of period pieces and contemporary elements, effective soundproofing. The kitchen is complete — oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge — and the living room has a sofa bed as an optional extra.
Castelnau does not draw the crowds of Cordes, which is precisely its charm. The village is quiet, the Place des Arcades a short walk away, and the wine estates on the left bank of the Tarn reachable in twenty minutes. Parking is free and nearby. No breakfast on site, but the village shop fills the gap.
