Les Chalets de Fiolles
Eighteen chalets and cabins in a riverside park between Gaillac and Brens. Heated saltwater pool, spa, canoeing — camping without the tent.
Les Chalets de Fiolles is a residential leisure park — not a campsite in the usual sense. No bare pitches, no caravans: eighteen rental units only, spaced through a green park on the banks of the Tarn, between Gaillac and Brens. Maud and Guillaume, the owners, have bet on peace and space rather than numbers.
Four tiers of accommodation: the Cosy bungalows for smaller budgets, the Comfort chalets for families, the Comfort+ with more room, and the Premium with a covered terrace and open views. The lodge cabins, half wood and half canvas, add a glamping option for those who want to sleep as close to nature as possible without giving up the mattress.
The pool is saltwater — heated, chlorine-free, surrounded by wisteria in season. The spa and outdoor fitness area round out the offering. But the real draw is the river: the Tarn flows past the park, and canoes are available on site. Gaillac is three minutes by car, Albi fifteen, Cordes thirty.
What we love.
